SUMMER SHIPPING:
Sweet N Salty by Design pretzels cannot take the heat. Our chocolate will melt when the temperature goes above 65 degrees. During the summer months (April 15 - September 30), extra precautions must be taken to ensure the quality of your Sweet N Salty by Design pretzel order upon arrival. Reusable cold packs and insulated bags ($6) are automatically added to each order. Please keep in mind that these are only supposed to work for approximately 24 hours, which is why Sweet N Salty by Design, LLC. can only guarantee that the chocolate will not melt on orders shipped via UPS NEXT DAY AIR / SAVER** or Ground within a one-day radius of NY:(NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, DE, MD, and Eastern PA). During the summer, we absolutely cannot ship any other way than NEXT DAY AIR to FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX, NM, AZ, NV, and CA.**Please note that this does not mean your order will arrive the next day after it is placed. Next Day Air refers to the method of shipping/time in transit. Normal order processing time will apply. FALL & WINTER SHIPPING:
Sweet N Salty by Design may be shipped UPS Ground to the following states: NY, NJ, CT, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, WV, OH, IN. Time in transit is approximately 1-2 days. To all other states, we STRONGLY recommended you ship UPS 2nd Day Air. If you choose not to ship via the recommended method, Sweet N Salty by Design cannot guarantee the quality of your shipment upon arrival.HOLIDAY ORDERING:
During the busy holiday season, due to high demand, most orders may take up to 7 days after the order is placed to be processed and shipped. We are not responsible for weather conditions or other unforeseeable events or acts of nature that would prevent the prompt delivery of your Sweet N Salty by Design order. All orders placed after December 16th, must be shipped via Next Day Air in order to ensure arrival before December 25th. **Please note that this does not mean your order will arrive the next day after it is placed. Next Day Air refers to the method of shipping/time in transit. Normal order processing time will apply. While every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections if errors occur. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute packaging and product of equal or greater value.CANCELATION POLICY:
If you must cancel your order, please email orders@sweetnsaltybydesign.com within 24 hours after placing your order with "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject line. Be sure to include your order invoice number in the email. A 5% cancellation fee may apply. Please note: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
