Q. Does your product contain nuts (peanuts)?
A. Some of our delicious pretzels contain peanuts and or tree nuts. Unfortunately, all of our other pretzels are made in the same facility, so they may also contain trace amounts of these toppings. If you have a severe allergy, we apologize, but ask that you refrain from eating our product.
Q. How should I store my Sweet N Salty by Design pretzels?
A. All of our pretzels are individually wrapped so there is no need to worry about freshness, just keep your pretzels in a cool dry place, out of the freezer and refrigerator, and out of direct sunlight. We don't think you will have to worry about that, our treats aren't around for long anyway.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. Cancellations must be sent to orders@sweetnsaltybydesign.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. This does not apply to custom orders.
Q. I would love to serve Sweet N Salty by Design pretzels at my party. How many should I order?
A. We recommend 2-3 pretzels per person.
Q. Do you do custom orders?
A. Yes we do. Party favor information can be found on our Favors page. We can also create beautiful party trays, corporate gifts and gift baskets.
Q. Will my pretzels melt during shipping in warm weather conditions?
A. In warm weather conditions, such as summertime or if you are shipping to a warm place, we recommend that you choose overnight shipping. We will also insulate and add a cold-pack for a small additional charge. If you do not choose the overnight shipping option, Sweet N Salty by Design, LLC., can not guarantee that your pretzels will arrive perfectly and is not responsible for any melted chocolate.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Unfortunately, we can only ship inside the U.S. We hope to be able to ship internationally soon.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Orders typically ship within 3-5 days. The rest is dependant on your shipping method.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Q. Do you sell your pretzels wholesale?
A. Yes. Please contact us if you want to carry our chocolate covered pretzels in your store.
Q.How do rewards points works?
A. You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and you earn $1 credit for every 50 points you earn. You can start spending your points once you have accumulated at least 250 points. Points are available for use in increments of 250. You must be a registered user to earn points.
Q.How should I store my Sweet N Salty by Design Pruffles lollipops?
A. Your Pruffles lollipops are made to order and have a short shelf life of two weeks, however, once you receive these Pruffles lollipops you can store them in the freezer for another week for you to continue to enjoy.
Q.How do I find out the ingredients information on all of your products?
A. All of our bark is now provided with our ingredients, however, if you need to find out the additional ingredients on any of our other products, feel free to contact us as we would be happy to provide that information to you.

A. Typically the shelf life is three months; however we are a small batch handmade to order company and try to make everything as close as possible to your ship date for the maximum freshness. However, we are not too concerned about the freshness, because these will not last to long before they are gone.
